Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable digital solutions across enterprise platforms and modern cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to guide development teams, architect robust systems, and ensure successful project execution.
As a Technical Lead, you will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor development teams across multiple technology projects.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Drive end-to-end project delivery including planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Ensure coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes are followed.
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution planning.
- Manage integrations across enterprise platforms including SAP, Salesforce, cloud services, and third-party systems.
- Support cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives.
- Identify risks, troubleshoot technical challenges, and provide effective solutions.
- Review code, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, UI/UX, and project management.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovation opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
- Strong experience in modern web technologies, APIs, microservices, and enterprise application development.
- Expertise in at least one backend technology such as Java, .NET, Node.js, or Python.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience working with SAP, Salesforce, or enterprise business applications is preferred.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital consulting or IT services industry.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are an advantage.
- Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and security best practices.
